Scored matches, with the reasoning
Set a capability profile once. Every day the notices in your NAICS codes come back scored from 0 to 100, and each score opens into the components behind it, so you can tell why a notice surfaced instead of trusting a number.
Briefs allowed to say pass
Ask any notice for a go or no-go brief and it argues both sides: why you might win, why you might lose, who the incumbent looks like where award history exists. A tool that can only say yes is a tool that costs you proposal hours.
A pipeline that travels
Anything worth pursuing moves through saved, pursuing, submitted, won, and lost, with capture notes attached. The board on the web and the one on your phone are the same board, and saved notices still read with no signal.

Under the hood
Built on the patterns we sell
GovCon Radar is not a side project running on someone's laptop. Ingest is serverless and runs on a schedule against public federal data, matching runs against a Postgres index with vector search, and the briefs are generated with Amazon Bedrock. Every AWS resource is defined in Terraform, deploys run keyless over OIDC, and there are no long-lived access keys anywhere in it.

Is GovCon Radar free?
The app is free on both stores, and the free plan has no end date and never asks for a card. It covers a company profile with up to three NAICS codes, your top five scored matches every day with the breakdown behind each one, three go or no-go briefs a month, and the daily digest email. Pro is $29 a month or $290 a year.
Is it affiliated with SAM.gov or the federal government?
No. GovCon Radar is a product of Planetek LLC and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the U.S. Government, SAM.gov, or any federal agency. It reads the same public opportunity data anyone can read.
Where does the data come from?
Active opportunity notices published on SAM.gov and federal award history from USAspending, both public sources, refreshed daily. Nothing is scraped from behind a login and no controlled unclassified information is involved.
Do I have to use the phone app?
No. The web app at app.govconradar.com and the phone apps share one account and one index, so the matches waiting on your phone are the ones you would see at your desk. Use either or both.
Who builds and supports it?
Planetek LLC, a Colorado AWS practice and an active SAM.gov registered contractor. The same people who answer the support email write the Terraform it runs on. Questions and corrections go to info@planetek.org, and there is more about the founder on the about page.
